Plan fee and usage are separate. Model usage draws from your prepaid credit. Enterprise can bring its own model keys.
Plan fee
Billed monthly, per organization.
The plan sets the ceilings: agents, concurrent runs, knowledge, support. Change plans any time; a new plan lands at your next renewal.
Model usage
Prepaid credit, spent as agents run.
Every plan grants credit each month. Runs draw it down at the model's rate. We warn at 80% and stop at 100%, and unused credit rolls over.
Your keys
Enterprise brings its own keys.
On Enterprise, connect your own model provider keys and that usage bills to the provider directly, outside the credit wallet.
